Refund policy

At T·DOT Turbans, every product is carefully inspected and packed with attention to detail. As our gift boxes and turbans are customized, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns on customized gift boxes and turbans once they have been delivered.
All sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items

For customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized turbans

  • Customized gift boxes

  • Accessories (combs, beard brushes, baaj/salai, pins, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us support@tdotturbans.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds, will be processed back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Canceling an Order

Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order. Canceling sooner (the same day before 11:59 PM EST) will give you a better chance at a cancellation.
